The Process

Cut with purpose.

A TMADE piece is not a jersey with the sleeves taken off. It is taken apart and rebuilt panel by panel, by hand, in four stages.

The jersey

Every piece starts as somebody's jersey. Send us yours, or we'll source one.

The cut

Nothing is cut at random. Logos, nameplates and numbers are measured and marked first, so the parts worth keeping end up where they belong.

The build

Rebuilt from the inside out — panels squared up and run through the machine one at a time, over quilted batting and a full lining that goes together before the outside does.

The finish

One jersey. One piece. It cannot be made twice.
