What we collect

When you submit a custom request, TMADE collects the contact details you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, country and optional Instagram handle, together with the garment, jersey, sizing and design information needed to review the build.

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, message and the topic you choose. If an order moves forward, we may also need shipping and transaction information to complete it.

How we use it

We use personal information to review requests, communicate about a build, prepare quotes, source a jersey when requested, make and ship an order, handle support, prevent abuse and keep the records needed to operate TMADE. We do not sell personal information.

Browser storage & verification

The custom builder uses session storage in your browser so an unfinished request and its confirmation can survive navigation in the same browser session. TMADE also uses Cloudflare Turnstile on public forms to reduce automated spam and abuse; Cloudflare receives the technical information needed to perform that verification.

At the date of this notice, the public site does not use advertising cookies or a third-party analytics provider.

Service providers

TMADE uses service providers to run the site and fulfil requests. Vercel hosts the web application. Cloudflare is used for media delivery, form verification and the request database/API. Those providers process information only as needed to provide those services. If you pay through a payment link, card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by TMADE.

Retention & safeguards

We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the request or order, customer support, record keeping, dispute handling and legal obligations. Access to customer records is restricted to the systems and people that need it to operate the service, and technical safeguards are used to protect those records.

Photographs of finished work

Finished pieces may be photographed and shown on this site or on TMADE social channels. If you do not want your finished piece shown publicly, tell us and we will honour that request. We do not need to publish a customer’s personal contact details to show a garment.

Access, correction & questions

You can ask what personal information TMADE holds about you, request a correction, or ask a privacy question. We may need to confirm your identity before giving access to customer information.
