This policy is not finalised. Rather than publish placeholder terms that could mislead you or bind TMADE, only the rules already confirmed are stated below. Ask before ordering if anything here matters to your decision.

Confirmed today

  • The booking deposit is non-refundable once accepted. It reserves a production slot and is credited toward your final balance.
  • Nothing is cut until you have approved the design direction, so the design is agreed before your jersey is altered.
