Shipping & duties.

Where we ship, how long it takes, and exactly who charges what.

Where we ship

Worldwide. TMADE is based in Canada and every piece is made here.

What it costs

Shipping is charged separately from the piece and depends on where it is going and whether it is a vest or a jacket. These are TMADE’s standard launch rates.

TMADE shipping rates in Canadian dollars, by destination and garment
DestinationVestJacket
Canada$20$25
United States$30$40
UK & Europe$40$55
Asia$50$65
Australia & New Zealand$60$80
Rest of world$60$85

All rates in CAD. Every piece ships tracked.

Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are set by the destination country and are not included.

Remote destinations, oversized parcels and multi-piece shipments may need an adjusted rate, which TMADE confirms before any balance is due.

Turnaround

If you send your own jersey, 12 weeks, measured from the day it arrives with us and we accept it for the build — not from the day you submit a request. If TMADE sources the jersey, 24 weeks from your deposit, which is what lets us start looking. Production does not begin until the deposit is paid and you have approved the design.

Both are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

If you need a piece for a specific date, say so in your request. We will tell you honestly whether it is achievable before you pay anything.

Import duties & fees

International customers may be responsible for import duties, brokerage fees and local taxes charged by the carrier or their government when a parcel enters the destination country.

These charges are not set, collected or controlled by TMADE and are not included in the price you pay us. They are billed to you directly by the carrier or customs authority, sometimes after delivery. Please check your own country’s import rules before ordering.

Sending us your jersey

You are responsible for postage when sending a jersey to us, and we recommend a tracked service. Your jersey is irreplaceable — we treat it that way, and you should ship it that way.
