Terms.

The terms that apply when you commission a piece.

These terms are not finalised and have not been legally reviewed. Only the rules already agreed in practice are listed; a complete set will replace this before launch.

Confirmed today

  • Submitting a custom request is free and does not commit either side to anything.
  • A request becomes an order only once TMADE has accepted it, you have accepted a quote, and the deposit is paid.
  • The deposit is non-refundable once accepted, and is credited toward the final balance.
  • Production begins only after you approve the design direction.
  • Each garment is one of one and cannot be reproduced identically.

Your jersey

You confirm the jersey you send is yours to alter. Reconstruction is permanent and cannot be undone.

Names and marks

TMADE is an independent custom apparel studio and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or licensed by any professional sports league, team, player, or apparel brand. Team, player, league, and brand names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Where a piece is described as built from a particular team’s jersey, that describes the garment a customer supplied or asked us to source — nothing more.
