Turn your favorite jersey into team-issued outerwear. This isn’t merch—it’s a custom piece designed to live beyond game day. This service is for customers who already own a jersey and want to send it in for reworking.

How It Works:

1. Purchase: Select your desired Vest Size (XS-4XL) and complete your order.

2. Ship It: You will receive an email with our Mississauga studio address and shipping instructions.

3. We Build It: Once we receive your jersey, we cut, sew, insulate, and line it into a custom puffer vest.

4. Delivery: We ship your finished 1-of-1 piece back to you, ready to wear.

What We Add:

• Structure: We provide the insulation, athletic lining, and heavy-duty hardware.

• Function: Finished with a front zipper closure and two classic welt pockets.

• Fit: Seamlessly integrated to achieve a proper streetwear fit, even if we need to add complementary fabric.

Production Time:

⏳ Please allow 2–3 weeks from the day we receive your jersey for production.

Important Note:

• Jersey Requirement: This listing covers the labor and materials only. You must provide the jersey.

• Condition: We can work with new or vintage jerseys. Small holes or stains can often be worked around or hidden in the design.
